This is the lightest and compact travel stroller available. Its sleek design is easy to fold into a neat rectangle shape and the wheels turn more easily than some other models.
It also has a large under-seat storage area and a shoulder carry strap that makes it easier to carry around when you're not pushing it. However, the canopy adjustment can create quite a bit of noise, which could wake a sleepy toddler.

A compact stroller, the Contours Itsy offers lots of features for its size. The basket in the back of the seat has a spring loaded mechanism, which means you can move the basket to store a backpack or diaper bag and then it will pop up to secure its contents. It comes with a child's accessory holder as well as an adjustable reclined seat pad. This is more than what you see on a typical light stroller.
It also comes with a canopy that can be shut and opened to ensure that you get the sun protection level you desire. The handlebars can be adjusted in height for a comfortable fit in four different positions. However, we weren't thrilled by the quality of its ride over rough terrain. We felt the suspension and wheels did not do a good job of absorbing bumps and shocks.
It's an ideal travel stroller because it comes in the box fully assembled, with just a few steps to make it ready to use. The seat can be moved forward and back to adjust the recline. It's pretty flat. Two buttons on the frame allow it to fold and unfold. It also fits into an easy-to-carry bag when it's not being used. It's actually one of the most compact strollers we tested, and it easily meets most airlines' requirements for gate-checking or cabin storage on airplanes. 2. Kolcraft Cloud Plus
This is an excellent option to those looking for a stroller that is light and easy to carry. It has all of the features parents look for in a stroller. This includes all-terrain tires and front suspension for smooth riding. It is also incredibly lightweight at less than 12 pounds. It can be folded by one hand, and then stand up on its own. It also comes with two tray for parents and children. tray each with two cup holders.
Its quality is not very high, and it did not perform well in our test of maneuverability. It also features a flexible frame which makes pushing it over rough surfaces feel like lifting a heavy weight. This may be okay when you use the stroller on smooth paths, but for the majority of people, it's going to not be a pleasant experience.
The Cloud Plus features a three-tiered extended canopy that has an open window that provides additional sun protection. The seat is multi-position and can hold children up 50 pounds and features a five-point safety restraint. This is a great feature for older toddlers who have outgrown infant car seats.
It is compact and folds up in a single step. It can be folded by pressing the button. It also has a convenient brake that can be operated by a foot, which is simple and easy to adjust and release.
However the handle is lower than other strollers we tested and some parents may feel uncomfortable for extended periods of time. It does have a handle lock to keep it in place while open, though. This is an excellent feature to use the stroller on uneven or muddy terrain.
3. Munchkin Sparrow
The Munchkin Sparrow stroller is the ideal travel stroller for parents who are constantly moving. The compact stroller is easy to fold up and down, and fits easily in overhead compartments on planes and in trunks at amusement parks (no more worrying about parking fees). It is also equipped with a simple-zip carrying bag for easy storage. It can be used from birth with the infant car seat adapter and provides a decent amount of shade by way of its canopy (though not as much as the Nuna TRVL or Uppababy Minu V2). The only downside for parents who have children is that they consider the style to be dated and unfashionable.
The BabyZen Yoyo+ stroller is more expensive than other light single strollers. However, it was designed specifically for urban living and luxe travel. It is one of the most easy strollers to fold, and comes with a handy carry case. It is packed with storage space and a cup holder. The seat reclines nearly flat for both the child and adult. This is the only stroller on our list that can be used for infants using the car seat adapter. The handlebar isn't adjustable, and may be a problem for some parents who are short.
The UPPAbaby Minu V2 isn't the lightest stroller on our list, but it comes with numerous great features that help kids travel more easily. Its spacious seat reclines to a flat position, and comes with extra padding so that those naps on the plane last longer. The canopy extends to provide adequate sun protection, while the parent tray is spacious with plenty of storage. It also has a spring-loaded handle that doubles as a footrest when folded. The footrest is susceptible to being damaged by baggage handlers.
4. Uppababy Mini V2
Uppababy's Minu V2 is a high-end stroller that doesn't skimp on quality or design. Its compact size allows it to easily navigate narrow streets and tight spaces, but its sturdy construction means it can withstand rough terrain without compromising the comfort of your child. The spring-action suspension at the rear and front creates an even more comfortable ride and its durable materials will endure the wear and tear of daily use. It can also be enlarged to accommodate other accessories, such as baby car seat.
Even with a baby in the mix, the Minu was a breeze to fold and move around. Its squat nearly square fold which folds in thirds, is among the easiest in our tests and allows it to easily fit into overhead compartments on planes or in public transportation. It has a single-action, color-coded brake that is easy to use.
The seat has a multi-position recline and one-handed adjustable leg rest, making it easy to find the right position for your child. The UPF 50+ canopy can be lowered quite far to shield Cora's face from sun. The medium-sized mesh peekaboo window is magnetically attached to the canopy and closes without the need for noisy Velcro.

5. Joovy Aire
Joovy, the well-known brand of strollers that makes a variety of models. This light-weight model is a good choice for parents looking for an all-purpose stroller that can carry children around, provides ample storage, is easy to move around and doesn't require a high engineering degree to fold. It's not ideal if you want a car seat-compatible model, or a double stroller, however. It doesn't accept infant car seats. Your baby must be able sit up on their backs before you can use it.
This stroller is brimming with features and is offered at a very affordable price. It scored higher on our maneuverability test than other strollers with similar specifications. It's also a great choice for smooth surfaces. It also has a nice canopy and plenty of storage including a large parent tray. The front wheel suspension is a little stiff and the handlebar is a bit smaller than normal, however it provides a comfortable ride for adults.
If you have twins or two children with different ages, you could discover that a stroller with a side-byside feature is the best way to get them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove, which has a variety of features and a small footprint that fits into places that other side-byside alternatives can't.
